On Thursday 3rd October, we are holding our Annual Sports Presentation Evening to celebrate the achievements of our students in Sport for the 2018/19 academic year.
The presentations will be held at Bertie’s Banqueting Rooms in Elland between 6.30pm and 9.00pm. On the evening, there will be a drinks reception in the bar from 6.30pm. The main presentation proceedings will then begin at 7.30pm and we would be grateful if you arrive and can be seated no later than 7.20pm. This is a formal occasion, it would be appreciated if all nominees could dress accordingly.
Guest tickets will be available to purchase via ParentMail from Monday 16th September, at a cost of £5.00 per person (not student). Due to seating numbers at the venue, where we have to adhere to their Fire Regulations, guest seating has to be limited to 1 guest per family in the first instance. Further guest tickets will be released nearer the event and this will be on a first come, first served basis.
