GCSEs and A Levels:How they are changing from September 2015

The slides in the following Powerpoints have been produced by the Department for Education to give a summary of how and when GCSEs and A levels are changing in England, and briefly explain why they are changing. At Rastrick, we have already adapted the curriculum to meet these changes. This has included ensuring subjects have appropriate curriculum time to meet the changes. In addition that students are placed onto appropriate, recognised qualifications and that staff are fully trained in their subject areas to deliver the new specifications.
